Products and options
Product images and descriptions are provided to help you choose. Colors and packaging may vary slightly by screen, production batch or supplier. Review the selected product option before ordering: some listings include device, accessory, fragrance, filter or bundle choices with different contents and prices.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and Loaero confirms the order. We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or a pricing or listing error materially affects the transaction. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront and may change before an order is placed. Taxes, duties or other charges are displayed or handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping policy.
Shipping and returns
Free standard shipping is provided on every order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please review our Shipping and Returns pages before ordering.
Safe product use
Follow all supplied instructions, warnings, maintenance guidance and compatibility requirements. Use only approved liquids, fragrances, power supplies, filters and replacement parts. Stop using a product if it is damaged or behaves unexpectedly. Product information is not medical advice, and these products are not represented as treatments for health conditions.
Website content
Loaero’s name, branding, site design and original site content may not be copied, resold or used commercially without permission. You may use this site only for lawful personal shopping and communication.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Loaero is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible accessories, or failure to follow instructions.
