Delivery, made clear
Loaero provides free standard shipping on every order. There is no minimum purchase required.
Delivery estimates
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5–10 business days. This estimate includes normal order processing and transit time, but it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing and remote destinations may extend delivery time.
Where we ship
Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout. If Shopify cannot offer delivery to the address entered at checkout, the order cannot be completed for that destination.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Items may arrive in separate packages when they ship from different fulfillment locations. Separate packages do not create an additional shipping charge.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact loaerosupport@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, a package appears lost, or an order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment and available resolution.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price.
