Humidifier or purifier?
Humidifiers add moisture through mist. Filter-based purifiers pass air through a filter. Our wearable Portable Mini Air Purifier is an ionizer, not a HEPA-filter device. Read each product’s details before choosing.
What comes with my order?
Your selected option determines what is included. Some GlowMist options contain fragrance only; the HEPA purifier has a replacement-filter-only option. Choose a device or device bundle if you need the appliance.
When will it arrive?
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. See our Shipping page for the launch details still being finalized.
Can I request a return?
Email loaerosupport@gmail.com within seven days of delivery to request a return. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. See Returns for details.
Can I use essential oils in every humidifier?
No. Use only the liquids permitted in the instructions for your specific product. Do not assume that a water humidifier is an oil diffuser.
